Administrative and ownership

This policy is owned by the firm’s Managing Partner, Its implementation and administration is the direct responsibility of the Managing Partner and the individual management teams under QEHS manager and their representatives in the Operations who shall communicate and ensure complete application of its key principles.

To achieve these, we will: ‐

Conform to all applicable national, international regulations, professional codes of practice and company procedures in relation to substance abuse,

Quality, Environment protection, Health and Safety.

Train, educate, inform, empower, encourage and involve workers and all interested parties to embrace and accept the EHS concept, engage in and apply pro‐active and best practices to enable the corporate attainment of higher productivity, efficiency, environmental performance safety and health.

Identify, document and implement an integrated management system based on (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001) to guarantee fulfillment of contracts obligations and to our customers’ satisfaction.

Establish objectives, targets and integrated management programs to meet strategic priorities, EHS requirements and continually improve performance with special attention to the Company’s main core values as per the company’s main mission.

Prevent environmental pollution, eliminate occupational hazards and reduce risks in our operations, and where failure occurs, we shall investigate and take corrective measures to ensure continual improvement and also ensure legal, statutory, compliance obligations and other requirements.

Require each employee to take PERSONAL responsibility on health (including HIV/AIDS) and Safety at workplace and in the general lifestyle and encourage customers, visitors, contractors and suppliers to adhere to set Quality, Environment, Health and Safety procedures and practices.

Communicate and make this policy available to employees, contractors, subcontractors and avail it to other external interested parties on a regular basis.

This policy statement is maintained as documented information in the company and shall be reviewed annually or revised as and when necessary for its suitability and effectiveness.

We shall promote consultation and participation of workers and their representatives.
