Relationships with Clients and Service Providers:
If a business company has a contractual relationship with Bradley Partners, or if we (Bradley Partners) receive goods or services, or both, from the company, employees should refrain from investing in or acquiring a financial interest for their own accounts in that company if doing so could affect their decision-making when carrying out their duties on the firm’s behalf.
Prompt Communications:
All employees are required to make every effort to ensure complete, accurate, and timely communications in all matters pertaining to customers, suppliers, government authorities, the public, and other members of the firm. This includes reacting politely and promptly to all legitimate requests for information as well as to complaints.
Privacy and Confidentiality:
The following guidelines should be followed while handling personal and financial data on clients or other parties the firm interacts with:

- Only keep information for as long as is necessary or as long as the law requires. Preserve the information’s physical and cloud security.
- Restrict internal access to personal data to those who have a valid business need to know it. Only use personal data for the reasons it was collected in the first place. Unless required by law or a contract, obtain the approval of the individual in question before sharing any personal information outside.
